Cindy was born June 15, 1957 in Nevada, IA to Richard and Mary (Kemmerer) Thompson of Moberly, MO. Cindy passed away in her home on Dec. 5, 2013. Cindy grew up in McCallsburg, IA and Graduated from N.E.S.C.O. in 1975. Cindy then married David B. Springer on April 10,1976. Cindy was a long time daycare provider and worked as a CNA at the Zearing nursing home. Cindy is survived by her husband David B. Springer of Zearing, IA; 2 sons Cory M. Springer of West Des Moines and Troy J. Springer of Ottumwa, IA; daughter Kari B. Rolph ( Ryan) of Steamboat Rock, IA; 7 grandchildren; her parents Mary and Dick Thompson of Moberly, MO; her brother Kevin (Jana) Thompson of Clark,MO; and her sister Sandy (Rich) Skartvedt of Bena, MN.
