Kenton Dale McCray, age 67, of Maynard, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2025. He was born on May 2, 1958, in Mason City, Iowa, to David and Jane (Eksman) McCray. Kenton was a skilled carpenter who owned and operated his own business before beginning to work with Thorstad Construction in Minnesota. He took great pride in his craftsmanship and was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He was preceded in death by his wife Carrie. He is survived by his mother Jane; his aunt, June; siblings, Kerry, Kandrea, and Kelleen; his children, Travis (Sarah) McCray and Echo (Jake) Hartgers; step-children, Kevin (Kelly), Troy, and Anthony; and many grandchildren.
