Quentin Lee Keagle, 78, died January 17, 2017 in Winter Garden, Florida. A graveside service will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery, in Collins, Iowa, on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. He was born in Collins, Iowa on November 5, 1938, the second son of Byron L. and Pearl L. (Watkins) Keagle. Quentin attended school in Collins and graduated in from Collins High School in 1956. Following school he began working at the Iowa Highway Commission in Ames. He worked on the survey party for the new interstate highway system in Iowa. In 1958 he went to Iowa State University and in 1962 he graduated with a Bachelor's degree. Soon after graduation he began his pursuit in the computer field as a Systems Engineer. He earned accreditation as a Computer Data Processor and Registered Business Programmer during that career. He married Sara J. Blyth of Ames, Iowa in 1959. They moved to Florida to live and work in 1967. Into the union came a daughter, Kristina. He married Deborah L. (Sherrill) Depascale of Orlando, Florida in 1993. Quentin retired from Sprint Corporation and in retirement he loved to travel, most especially on his motorcycle. Quentin is survived by his wife Deborah Keagle, of Apopka, FL; daughter Kristina Robinson of Clearwater, FL; step-daughter Christine Depascale and Amy (Kenneth) League of Orlando, FL; step-grandson Alex Depascale; and brother Capt Byron Keagle of Collins, IA.
